Hello Future HeartString Sponsors!
HeartStrings is a One-day charitable festival that leverages the power of music and the art communities to raise funds and create awareness for homelessness and mental health support in RVA. Although this problem is nationwide, the goal of the festival is to not only increase public awareness about mental health but also offer support to individuals experiencing homelessness within the RVA community and outside of our community. ONE LOVE.
Our goal is to raise $25,000 and currently only $6,350 away from our goal to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families struggling with homelessness and mental health awareness.
The centerpiece of our festival is a concert featuring both national headlining artists, along with popular up-and-coming local and regional musicians!
We have Jon Russell of The Head and The Heart as our main headliner for the 2023 festival, along with Low Cut Connie, The Lumineers hit songwriter, Abe Abraham and RVA favorites, The Last Real Circus, and all of these bands are stepping onto the stage to share their art and help those in need!
Our business plan is to organize a large-scale charity event that will raise $25,000 or more through sponsorships to cover all costs and ensure the growth of "HeartStrings" for years to come. The event will feature 19 artists, 5 headliners, and a variety of activities to attract a diverse audience, including a featured film.
